By accessing or using the Timetable mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Timetable is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Create and manage lesson schedules and timetables
• Set reminders for lessons and classes
• Attach notes and images to lessons
• Optionally backup data to Google Drive
• Submit feature requests

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Maintain the security of your Google Account credentials when using Drive backup
• Not use the App to store illegal or harmful content

4. Data Ownership and Storage

• Your Data Belongs to You: All content you create in the App (schedules, notes, images) is your property
• Local Storage: Primary data storage occurs on your device; we do not host your data on our servers
• Optional Cloud Backup: Google Drive backup is optional and stores data in your personal Google Account
• Data Deletion: Uninstalling the App or using "Delete All Data" will remove local data; Google Drive backups persist until manually deleted

5. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with:

• Google Drive: For optional backup/restore functionality
• Google Forms: For optional feature request submissions

These services are governed by their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, and branding, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Data will never be lost or corrupted
• All features will work perfectly on all devices

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any:

• Data loss or corruption
• Interruption of service
• Device compatibility issues
• Damages arising from App use or inability to use the App

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Update, modify, or discontinue features
• Change these Terms of Service with updated "Last Updated" date
• Suspend or terminate service for violations of these terms

10. Age Requirements

The App may be used by individuals of all ages. Users under 13 should obtain parental consent.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer is based, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Timetable regarding App usage.
